On June 2, 2026, Get Your Way was awarded the Gold medal in the B2B category at the Belgium Startup Awards, the country's premier competition celebrating the best of Belgian entrepreneurship. The ceremony took place at The Egg in Brussels, gathering over 600 founders, investors, corporates and media from across Belgium.
This recognition marks a significant milestone for the company: it validates our pivot toward hospital pharmacy logistics and the traction we've built with Picking Pilot and the aRdent product range in Belgian hospitals.
What are the Belgium Startup Awards?

The Belgium Startup Awards is the first and only national awards competition dedicated to crowning the best Belgian startups. Organized by Belgium Startup Ecosystem, the event brings together founders, investors and industry leaders from all three regions, transcending linguistic and regional divides.
The competition unfolds over six months through an eight-episode season:
- Selection Pitches: candidates pitch before expert panels in 8 hubs across Belgium
- Masterclasses: selected finalists attend training sessions to sharpen their pitch and strategy
- Final Pitches: finalists present before a jury of 30+ experts
- Public Vote: the community has its say, with over 14,000 votes cast this year
- Startup Day: a full-day event with keynotes, panels and 250+ scheduled one-on-one meetings
- Awards Ceremony: the evening culminates in the announcement of 21 prizes across 6 categories
The jury evaluates startups on eight criteria: scalability, financial viability, innovation, team, traction, achievements, vision and execution. The public vote carries equal weight alongside the expert assessment, and we're proud to say that the support of our community played a key role in our result.
This year, 103 startups applied. 51 were selected as finalists. 21 medals were awarded: 6 gold, 6 silver, 6 bronze, plus 3 special prizes.

- Tout Bien Pils (Consumer category): a mass-market beer brand with social media-driven distribution
- Ark Capture Solutions (Impact category): CO₂ capture technology for low-concentration industrial emissions
- Maurice & Nora (Platforms category): a care marketplace connecting seniors and families with vetted students, also awarded Business Startup of the Year
- Driven (SaaS category): an AI-native sales commission management platform
The diversity of these winners, from healthcare to climate tech to consumer goods, reflects the breadth and vitality of Belgium's startup ecosystem.
What this means for Get Your Way
Winning Gold in the B2B category is more than a trophy. It is a validation of the path we've chosen: building hands-free scanning solutions specifically designed for hospital pharmacies, where traceability and efficiency directly impact patient safety.
Over the past year, we've signed an agreement with MercurHosp to deploy our traceability solution across Belgian hospitals, and Picking Pilot is now live in multiple pharmacy departments. This award confirms that the market, the experts and the public recognize the value of what we're building.
It also reminded us that we're part of a broader Belgian tech ecosystem that is growing, connecting and gaining international visibility. As organizer Nicolas Debray put it: the Startup Day has become "the annual family reunion where Belgium's entire tech community reunites, transcending regional divisions."
We want to thank everyone who voted for us, our hospital partners who trust us daily, and our team for their relentless work. This award fuels our ambition to scale Picking Pilot and the aRdent product range to more hospitals across Europe.
